Known as one of the finest "teaching" lakes in Northern California. This lake is simply loaded with bass of all kinds. The spotted bass dominate the bass population, but largemouth and a few smallmouth bass can also be caught.

Lake McClure is located at an elevation of 867 feet in the Sierra Foothills. It has 7,100 surface acres along 82 miles of shoreline. Facilities include campgrounds, boat rentals, full service marinas, launch ramps, snack bar, restaurant, grocery store, Laundromat, disposal station, gas and propane.

During the spring and early summer, bring your wife (or girlfriend or both) & kids for limit action.
